Richard Kent was born in Greencastle, Indiana. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1991 to 1996. Kent earned a high school diploma from Harlem High School and completed further education at the International Business Management Institute. His career experience includes working as a life coach. He has been affiliated with Amnesty International and the United Nations Association of the United States of America.
